FreeWe ship internationally free of charge via FedEx and UPS, fully tracked, insured, and signed for. International orders placed before 3:00pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day.
Haus Jewellers covers all customs duties and import charges for international shipments — there are no hidden costs or surprises on delivery.
For high-value international orders we may use our Haus Courier service — a personal delivery by a Haus Jewellers representative requiring the item to be viewed in person and signed for.

Every order despatched by Haus Jewellers is fully insured for its retail value from the moment it leaves us until it is signed for at the delivery address. In the event of a confirmed loss, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.
